I must confess that the Sorolla Museum is my very favorite small museum in Spain. The gardens, the interiors, the furnishings, the artist's collections and his paintings create a mosaic of Sorolla's world. I am very pleased to have Brotherston's work in my library precisely because it focuses on the architecture and design of his beautiful home. I refer to the book often and I recommend it to any reader passionate about art and design.
